If any agency wants to have a PMKVY franchise, they have to follow the guidelines and the procedures. All the center or private training partners whether they are corporate or government affiliated, all have to go through Central Accreditation and Affiliation process. Eligibility for PMKVY Franchise Placement Payouts

  • It is mandatory for the training centers associated with PMKVY scheme to place at least half of the successfully certified students.
  • They need to make proper provisions for post placement sessions under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal VikasYojana scheme.
  • If placement rate is less than 50%, the association will be remitted.
  • It is essential for the centers to provide a letter of employment along with the salary slip and certificate to the candidate.
  • Any candidate wishing to get self-employed will have to provide their trade license, proof of enterprise set up, proof of additional earnings, etc. to the affiliated training centers.

    PMKVY project has been basically divided into two parts 1. Short Term Training and 2. Recognition of Prior learning (RPL).
