What we target for
Millions of Indians still live Below the Poverty Line (BPL) and face a number of issues related to health, education and employment. Providing meaningful employment and livelihood opportunities to youth is an absolute necessity to achieve inclusive and sustainable growth given the favourable demographics. Ibex Tech Learning will act as an front runner in providing skills and livelihood training to people from different social groups. With different programmes we will yield impact through improvement in income and standard of living, not only for individuals but also their families and communities.
Ibex Tech Learning is a professional business consulting & research organization. Our organization operations ranges from handling & coordinating government sponsored schemes. The scheme focuses on associating with the organizations requiring skilled manpower time to time, organizations which are in immediate need of fresh and skilled human resource and the organizations which are focusing on increasing retention & efficiency of manual operations.
DDU-GKY plan is a government funded skill development scheme therefore; the associated organization gets benefit of having a secure backup of skilled manpower all the time. Thus, the associated firms need not have to focus on skill and recruiting the manpower as it has already been taken care by the government which saves huge amount of time and funds.
