DDU-GKY is a government funded skill development scheme therefore; the associated organization gets benefit of having a secure backup of skilled manpower all the time. Thus, the associated firms need not have to focus on skill and recruiting the manpower as it has already been taken care under government program which saves huge amount of time and funds.
Thus, we as the project implementation agency who runs the program for mutual benefits of both the government & associated organization.

Requirements :

1. 3-year-old Companies having Good turnover and positive track record in financial are eligible.
2. Basic KYC documents of Company are required for Registration to MORD (Ministry of Rural Development).
3. Financial and Process details for proposal application to State Govt.
4. Proposal Fee of 25,000 and 2,50,000 for QA is paid.
5. After sanction 6.25% BG of total project cost will be kept with govt.

To overcome this problem govt of India has started skill training programs where candidates are trained and prepared for floor. Govt wants to join hands with industries through these programs.
